RETURN POLICY

Return requirements

J.Olivia offers a full refund on orders returned within 14 days from receipt of goods to our warehouse. Items must be returned unused, including the attached tags and hygiene sticker in the original packaging. Items may not be stained and/or have any other wearing signs. J.Olivia reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Return Policy. 

Return and exchange process

J.Olivia wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on joliviaswimwear.com,  you are entitled to a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt should it meet the requirements as mentioned below: 

• Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase
• Tags attached to all items
• Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed. (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.)
• Print a Return Form here, and complete and enclose in your returns package.
• Post back to the address provided. A Regular or Express shipping method is up to the customer along with the shipping company you choose to use. It is suggested to get a return tracking number as J. Olivia will not take responsibility for lost returns.

Refund Payments

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days of J. Olivia receiving the returned item(s). During sale periods please allow up to 15 days for refunds to be processed. A notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.

PLEASE NOTE: J. Olivia cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned item(s). Previous made shipping costs are non-refundable. When items are exchanged, shipping of the exchanged items is for free.
